Located near the coast in the Eastern Algarve on the outskirts of Tavira, one of the Algarve's most beautiful towns, which although popular, has retained its ancient architecture and tree shaded squares.

Ideal for a family or golfing group seeking a relaxing holiday.

Tranquillity, relaxation, unspoilt countryside, an enchanting town and sensational beaches are all to be found in and around the villa.

Set in a quiet location, amidst acres of orange groves near the Gilao River and Natural waterfalls at Monihos da Rocha.

Located near the fabulous stretch of sandy beach of Tavira Island (Ilha de Tavira), one of the most beautiful and extensive beaches in the Algarve.

Prices start at £52 per night (that's £6.50 each per night if there are 8 guests).

Standard duration based (long stay) discounts are available for pre / post low, low, mid and high season bookings:

8 nights to 10 nights - 2.5% discount available 11 nights to 14 nights - 5% discount available 15 nights to 21 nights - 7.5% discount available 22 nights to 28 nights - 10% discount available 29 nights plus - 12.5% discount available

Please Note: standard duration based (long stay) discounts are not available for peak season bookings.

Speical Duration Based Discounts (for October to May)

Speical duration based (long stay) discounts are available for pre low and post low season bookings (Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr and May):

29 nights to 59 nights - 15% discount available 60 nights plus - 20% discount

Please Note: speical duration based (long stay) discounts are only available for pre low and post low season bookings.

Late Booking Discounts

Late booking discounts are available as follows:

14 days or less before arrival date - 20% discount available 15 to 28 days before arrival date - 15% discount available 29 to 42 days before arrival date - 10% discount available

Early Booking Discounts

A 10% early booking discount is available for bookings made more than 1 year in advance (i.e. deposit is paid more than 364 days in advance).

Please Note: early booking discounts are not available for peak season bookings.

Combined Discounts Notes

The discount deals can't be combined. The best discount deal available will be applied to the total price of the booking.

Booking and Payment Conditions

25% deposit required Remaining balance to be paid 60 days before going to villa Payment Methods Accepted: Credit / Debit Card, Cheque or BACS transfer Guests must arrive after 4pm and depart before 11am

Please Note: Booking dates can be reserved provisionally for up to 48 hours, prior to paying the deposit. This should give you sufficient time to sort out your flights, prior to paying the deposit. If your plane arrives in the early morning / early afternoon or departs in the evening then arrangements can be made for you to leave your luggage at the villa or leave your luggage with the villa manager (the manager lives in the villa next to our villa).
